摘要
论述利用所建立的计算机辅助模拟(CAS)系统确定锻模参数问题。在该系统中用UBET(Upper Bound Elemental Technique)进行正向和反向模拟。模具参数包括:分模面位置、飞边桥尺寸、中心连皮位置及厚度。提供了锻件的三种预成型设计方法,即连续反向模拟、混合正反向模拟和交互式正向模拟,其中连续反向模拟法已成功地应用于生产实践。
Presents several propositions relative to die parameters determination with aid of the CAS(Computer Aided Simulation) elaborated by the Authers. Based on the Upper Bound Element Technique, the forward and reverse simulation were incorporated into this CAS system. The die parameters included parting face position, bridge size, central slug position and thickness. Introduces the continuous reverse simulation method and its successful application to preform design of forging in practical production.
