摘要
对国内外环己酮的质量进行了分析对比,认为国产环己酮的主要差距表现在高锰酸钾值(?)低。通过在工业生产装置上采用二次皂化工艺及改烟道气脱氢为熔融盐给热脱氢工艺,有效地降低了环己酮中的杂质,提高了环己酮产品质量,高锰酸钾值由55s上升为1.95ks,脱氢收率由98.88%提高到98.52%。文章还对二次皂化的反应机理进行了探索,并提供了在高质量环己酮产品中添加已知杂质的试验研究结果。
The cyclohexanone products produced at home and abroad were analysed and the results were compared. Their main quality difference was that the permanganate value of the domestic product was lower than that of the product abroad. After employing duplex saponification process and using melt salt as heat transferring agent instead of the heat transfer of flue gas in the cyclohexnol dehydrogenation process, the impurities in anone were effectively reduced and the quality of anone product was raised, where the permanganate value increased from 55 s to 1.95 ks, the yield of anal dehydrogenation from 96.88% to 98.52%. The author also studied the reaction mechanism of duplex saponification theoretically and reported the research results obtained from the experiment of adding known impurities into high quality anono product.
