摘要
职业价值观是职业素质的一个方面 ,也是人才素质测评的一项内容和人员选拔、配置的主要指标之一。使用Raths的职业价值观量表和三隅二不二的企业领导行为评价量表对青岛市 1 1 4名企业管理人员进行了调查 ,结果表明 :企业管理人员注重职业价值观中与自身有关的内容 ,而不注重与外部有关的内容 ,在职业价值观 1 0个内容上的价值取向依次为自主、进修、升迁、学以致用、环境、待遇、同事、福利、工作时间、休闲。相关分析结果表明 ,领导行为与职业价值观的学以致用和进修两个内容相关。四类领导行为管理人员依着PM、P、M、pm的顺序将学以致用和进修的价值由高到低排列。
Vocational value is an aspect of vocational quality,a part of person al assessment and a norm of personal selection and arrangement. Based on the inv estigation of the questionnairs of vocational value and leader's behavior retur n ed from 114 enterprise administrators pay attention to the vocational value abou t themselves instead of the external factors. The vocational value orientation i s in the order of independence,training,promptation,application of learning,envi ronm ent,pay,workmate,welfare,working time,freedom. The result of correlation analysi s showed that the correlation exists between leader's behavior and the vocationa l value about both application of learning and training,which ranges from high t o low according to the order of PM,P,M,pm of the four kinds of administrators.
