Reasons of the Criminal Councel's Difficulty in Enforcing the Law

本文探讨了刑辩律师执业的几点困难。除文化、观念、司法体制等客观原因外 ,也从另一个方面说明律师队伍建设和律师自身努力不够 ,笔者认为要维护和扩张自己的合法权益 。

This paper approaches some of their difficulties while the criminal councels are enforcing the law , Apart from some objective reasons: culture, sense, judicial system, etc, it points out that the councel ranks are not very well built and that the councels themselves haven't worked hard enough. I suppose that it mainly depends on the councels themselves to safeguard and expand their legal rights and interests.
