关于熊式辉督赣时期的江西保学

On Jiangxi Bao-Xue Under the Leadership of Governor XIONG Shi-hui

20世纪30年代,江西省政府主席熊式辉为“复兴江西”,于政治、经济措施之外,在教育上推行了保学制度,以保为单位设校,采用政教合一的方式,通过保学教育以达到管教养卫合一的目的。保学制度是熊式辉清剿与建设并举的重要措施之一,它虽然加强了对人民的思想控制,但客观上强化了人民的兴学观念,推动了江西地方教育的发展。

In the 1930s,XIONG Shi-hui,chairmon of giangxi province,took mony political and economic measures to “revive Jiangxi”.In order to improve education,he pursuod a so called “Bao-xue system”,a system based on the households as an administrative and educational unit.As a comibinatiion of both politics and education,this system aimed administration education and self-protection mergying into one,“Bao-xue system”was one of the major measures taken by xiong shihui to eliminate the communist party and to “reconstruct”the society.It surely tightened the control of people's mind.but,objectively,it renewed people's idea of education and promoted the development of local education in Jiangxi.
