摘要
通过丰富馆藏、建立特色档案、管理手段的现代化、增强档案意识和工作人员自身素质等方面 ,论述了新时期档案工作服务社会主义精神文明建设的新内涵。
By means of enriching collection, establishing classified archives, modernizing managing measures, strengthening archives sense and enhancing the quality of archivists, the authors dwells on the new intension, measures and methods that archives work in the new era serves the building of socialist spiritual culture.
