Teacher training and Academic Research serve as the cornerstone in higher teacher education. Academic research should embody the demand of teacher training while the teacher training need to be conducted on the basis of academic research. The combination of the two is the basic requirements for professional teachers. The essence is to infuse the spirit of teacher training into the demand for academic researching.
