On the Train Objective of Teachers' Further Education

新世纪教师继续教育培养目标 ,必须坚持实用性、针对性 ,突出鲜明的时代特色 ,着眼于提升教师的综合素质。具体来说 ,其知识目标是完善教师的知识结构 ,拓宽学术视野 ;其态度目标是更新教师的教学理念 ,确立以“学生发展为本”的全新教学观 ;其能力目标是增强教师的教学研究意识 ,培养对教学实践的反思能力等。

The aim of further normal education in the new century must adhere to its practical applicability, its epochal characters and the improvement of teachers' comprehensive qualities. To be specific, its knowledge goal is to widen the teachers' knowledge and their academic view; its attitude goal is to renew their teaching ideas and to set up a completely new student-oriented concept; its ability goal is to enhance their sense of academic research and to cultivate their reflective ability about their teaching practice.
