从事创新性的教育必须有一批具备创新素质的教师。教师的创新素质可以分解为创新精神结构、创新知识结构、创新的能力结构三个方面。要培养教师的创新素质 ,高校必须在环境建设、队伍建设、课程建设等方面形成新的运作机制。

Teachers with creative qualities are needed in creative education. Their creative qualities may be divided into creative spirit structure, creative knowledge structure and creative ability structure. To develop the creative qualities of college teachers, a new system of circumstance building, team building and curriculum building should be established.
