聚丙烯BCF地毯纱原料的流变性及热性能

摘要 本文测定了N3702和O3702 PP切片的MI值和η—γ曲线,两者MI值相近,但N3702非牛顿性强,在喷丝孔处的粘度低于O3702,并由此推测N3702的适宜纺丝温度应低于O3702约10℃,这一结果得到了生产实践的证实。通过DTA分析,提出了无规降解是使N3702熔体非牛顿性增强的主要原因。在此基础上,采用N3602+3%抗静电剂PR-86在225℃左右纺丝,可纺性得到了改善。 The η—γ curves and MI values of N3702 and O3702 PP chips were measured. It is found that the two MI values are similar, but non-newtonian behaviour of N3702 is stronger ard the viscosity of N3702 at nozzle aperture is lower than those of O3702. It follows from the mentioned-above that the suitable spinning temperature for N3702 ought to be 10℃ lower than that for O3702. According to DTA analysis, it is put forward that the random de(?)adation is the main reason for strong non-newtonian behaviour of N3702 melt. In producing practice, using N3602 plus 3% of antistaitc agent PR-86 at about 225℃, the spinnalility was improved.
