摘要
本文阐述了用气相色谱和气相色谱/质谱法对单县产薄荷油化学成分的分析,共鉴定出47种成分,主要成分有:α-蒎烯(0.588%)、β-蒎烯(0.933%)、3—辛醇(0.756%)、苧烯(1.181%)、2—亚异丙基—5—甲基环已酮(1.12%)、薄荷醇(76.717%)和薄荷酮等.
From peppermint oil of Shanxian county fourty seven compounds have been identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry techniques in combination. The main compounds are α-Pinene(0.588%),β-Pinene(0.933%), 3-octanol(0.756%),P-mentha-1.8-dinene (1.181%), cyclohexanone, 2-isopropylidene-5-methyl, Mehthone (15.189%) and menthol(76.717%).
