摘要
本文阐述了浓香型白酒发酵池窖泥中兼性自养型链霉菌的分离及菌种鉴定的研究情况,对各菌种扩大培养最适液体培养基进行了选择,并探索了不同链霉菌发酵液对已酸梭菌,产酯酵母菌生长的促进作用及代谢的刺激作用。
This paper expounds the study for the isolation of facultatively autotrophic streptomyces in cellar mud of strong aromatic type liquor fermentation vat and the identification for the strain. It also makes choice to optimum liquid media for expanding culture of various strain, and explores the promoting growth action and the irritating metabolism action of the different streptomyces fermentation fluid on clostridium caproicum and ester forming yeast.
