影响PX中温氧化的几个因素

SEVERAL FACTORS AFFECTING THE MID-TEMPERATURE OXIDATION OF PX

本文根据PX氧化原理和中温氧化的有关操作,结合生产实践,论述了PX中温氧化的几个影响因素。在氧化反应过程中,这几个因素既影响反应进行的程度,又影响原材料消耗及产品质量。通过对生产过程中诸因素的有效控制,可以达到提高产品质量和降低原材料消耗的目的。

On the basis of the principle of PX oxidation and operations concerned to the mid-temperature oxidation, several factors affecting the mid-temperature oxidation of PX have been described in this paper. In the process of the oxidation reaction, these factors affect the level of reaction and the consumption of raw material as well as the product quality.
