摘要
本文介绍了盐浴法硼—钒共渗工艺在耐火砖成型模上应用的研究结果,试样及工件在900~970℃,保温3~5小时,共渗层厚度为30~95mm,显微硬度Hm为1400~2569,用该工艺处理的耐火砖成型模的使用寿命比原用常规热处理的模提高5~7倍,碳化硅电阻棒挤压模提高3倍。
This paper deals with the experimental results of the liquid boro—vanadizing on the firebrick shaping dies and silican carbide resistance rod compressive dies. The dies were treated at 900—970℃ for 3—5 hours in a salt bath. A30—95um layer of this composite coating. Hm1400—2569, can be obtained. The service life of the treated dies are prolonged 5—7 times and 3 times than the original untreated dies respectively.
