粗酶制剂对鹅胰液和十二指肠食糜酶活性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 8只装有胰腺—十二指肠长久性瘘管的成年鹅 ,饲以大麦 (占 4 5 % )基础日粮。圈养 ,2 0 :0 0~ 8:0 0禁食 ,随意饮水。实验采用前后自身对照 ,试验期在日粮中添加 0 1%的粗酶制剂 ,并收集胰液及十二指肠食糜。试验期与对照期相比较 :①胰液分泌速率降低了 17 6 7% (P >0 0 5 ) ,其中白天降低 4 3 2 8% (P <0 0 5 ) ,夜间增高了 30 88% (P <0 0 5 ) ;②胰蛋白酶活性升高了 77 32 % (P<0 0 1) ,胰淀粉酶的活性下降了 34 70 % (P<0 0 1) ,而胰脂肪酶的活性变化不大 ;③胰蛋白酶的总活性提高了 4 8 37% (P <0 0 1) ,胰脂肪酶和胰淀粉酶的总活性分别降低了 2 1 5 8% (P <0 0 5 )和 4 6 2 4 % (P <0 0 1) ;④十二指肠食糜中蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性分别增加了 38 91% (P <0 0 1)和 4 5 83%(P <0 0 1) ,淀粉酶活性则有增加的趋势。以上结果提示 ,体液性调节对鹅胰液分泌具有重要的作用 ;外源酶与内源酶相互作用 ,共同影响十二指肠食糜的酶活性 ,协调化学性消化机能 。 Eight adult geese fitted chonic pancreatic and duodenal cannulas were used.The diet contained 45% barley for control and that supplemented with 0 1% crude enzyme preparation for treatment phase.The geese were free fed at daytime(8:00~20:00)and fasted at nighttime(20:00~8:00).The enzyme preparation decreased the average rate of pancreatic secretion by 17 67%(P>0 05),in which that of daytime reduced by 43 28%(P<0 05),while that of nighttime elevated by 30 88%(P<0 05).Enzyme preparation increased protease activity by 77 32%(P<0 01),decreased amylase activity by 34 70%(P<0 01),and had no significant effect on lipase activity.The total activity of protease was elevated by 48 37%(P<0 01),whereas those of lipase and amylase were reduced by 21 58%(P<0 05)and 46 24%(P<0 01)respectively.The activities of protease and lipase in duodenal chyme were increased 38 91%(P<0 01)and 45 83%(P<0 01),also the amylase was elevated (P>0 05).These results show that the humoral regulation played main role in the pancreatic secretion when enzyme preparation was supplemented,and exogenous enzyme was able to affect endogenous enzyme activities to interaction of intestinal chyme.These results suggest that barley based diet added enzyme preparation can affect the enzyme activities of pancreatic juice and duodenal chyme,so that to improve the digestive function of geese.
