丁香假单胞菌黑斑致病变种的侵染途径与群体动态研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过用不同方法接种证明,病原细菌可通过伤口和自然孔口侵染青菜(Brassica chinensis)的地上部分。青菜在整个生育期均感病,但在抽苔开花期及结果后感病性稍有下降。出苗至收获时的各个阶段,青菜健叶上都有病原细菌存活。病原细菌在土壤(含病残体)中可存活较长时间。 This article showed that the bacteria Pseudomonas syringae pv. maculicola could infect every part of pakchoi (Brassica chinensis)apart from the root system, through mechanical wounds and stomas. Bacteria on seed surface were not effective in inducing diseases. Every growth period of the plants could be infected on main veins but the lesions were the smallest when 75—90 days old plants near blooming were infected. The bacteria could persist on healthy leaves all the living time of plant, and in pot soils with diseased leaves as inoculants at least 60 days. When pure bacteria were mixed with pot soils, they could persist only about 8 days.
