雷公藤多甙对雄性黄毛鼠、小白鼠抗生育试验初报

Antifertility effects of Glycosides of Tripterygium wilfordii on male farmland rats and mice

用雷公藤多甙按 30 mg· kg- 1剂量对雄性黄毛鼠进行灌胃染毒 ,以药后 14 d效果最好 ,对精子数、A级精子及精子存活率的抑制率分别为 4 4 .3%、 5 7.9%、 4 6 .4 % ;第 4 2 d效果减弱 ,分别是 10 .8%、 12 .0 %、 2 6 .1% ;第 84 d基本丧失抗生育作用。说明雷公藤多甙对黄毛鼠精子发生有显著的抑制作用。睾丸组织切片表明 ,雷公藤多甙能破坏睾丸组织 ,使生精细胞数量及活力下降 ,抑制精子的形成及成熟。用雷公藤多甙按 30 mg· kg- 1和 5 0mg· kg- 1两种剂量对雄性小白鼠进行灌胃染毒 ,以药后 14 d抗生育效果最佳 ,小白鼠产仔率均下降 32 .6 % ;两种剂量处理差异不显著 ,均与对照处理存在极显著差异。适口性测定结果表明 ,黄毛鼠对雷公藤多甙混合剂摄食系数为 0 .2 6。

The antifertility effects of glycosides of Tripterygium wilfordii (GTW) on farmland rats and mice were studied. On the fourteenth day after given GTW to farmland rats at dose of 30 mg·kg -1 , the amount of sperm,Grade A sperm and the survival sperm were decreased by 44 3%,57 9%,46 4%, respectively. But the effect down to 10 8%,12 0%,26 1% respectively on the forty\|second day. The antifertility effect was entirely lost after eighty\|four days . The testis section showed that the testicular tissue was damaged, the amount and activity of spermatogenic cells were decreased. GTW could influence the development and growth of the spermatogenic cells.The best antifertility effect of GTW on male mice was shown on the fourteenth day after treated at the dose of 30 mg·kg -1 and 50 mg·kg -1 ,both of the birth rate were decreased by 32 6%,but there was no significantly difference between the two treatments,the difference was significant to compared with CK.The grazing coefficient of the GTW bait for farmland rats was 0 26.
