几种引物对苏铁共生蓝细菌的DNA多态性分析 被引量:1

摘要 选用 2种 STRR引物和 4种 Hip引物对 15个苏铁品种的 2 5个苏铁共生蓝藻样品进行 PCR指纹图谱分析 ,通过对这 6种引物分析结果的比较 ,表明 STRR引物 6 80 5 1能较好揭示苏铁共生蓝藻的 DNA多态性 。 DNA diversity of the 25 Cyanobacteria freshly isolated from 15 Cycas species were analyzed based on PCR fingerprinting with STRR and Hip primers. In comparison with other 5 primers, STRR primer 68051 was shown to be the best one to distinguish the PCR products of Cyanobacteria in present study. The results indicated that there was no high specificity occurred in the symbiosis between Cycads and its symbionts.
