摘要
研究探讨了利用卫星遥感技术监测种植业结构调整中的方法和技术,及对北京市主要作物种类变化、长势分析、产量估算和城市扩展对耕地占用的监测情况。研究中采用多卫星图像信息融合,以多时相卫星遥感信息处理为基础的逐步逼近和变化信息处理相结合的方法,不断改善信息提取精度,建立农、林植被类型的背景库,与需要处理的实时TM或ETM+图像相比较,求取变化信息,并通过适当的外业实况调查,最终确定不同种类的信息分布。三年的研究实践证明:卫星遥感技术可为农业决策部门在新形势下,对种植业结构调整中的生产管理和监控提供可靠的农情信息。
This paper discusses the methods of the study on monitoring techniques with satellite remote sensing applied to reconstruction of crop plantation in beijing. It demonstrates the changes of kinds and distribution of main crops, crap vegetation analysis, yield estimation, and the areas of farmlands occupied by city enlargement in recent years in Beijing. The method, which is based on fused information from multi + satellite and multi-time, is applied. The precision of estimation is advanced gradually by comparing the image in the database of crop and forestry vegetation in Beijing with live TM or ETM + image, and then getting the changed information of crap, vegetation, farmlands, and so on. While live survey in the focus fields is taken, varied of information can be finally obtained. These studies indicate that satellite remote sensing techniques can provide quantitative, objective and timely information for agriculture planning, policy making and production managing for government at both national and regional level.
