摘要
研究分析了氮素施量和不同运筹方式对优质小麦与普通小麦籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明,优质小麦的需无量大于普通小麦,氮素的增产效应普通小麦大于优质小麦,增施氮素和加大拔节期追肥比例,能显著提高优质小麦的营养品质和加工品质。优质品种的适宜施氮量在15~20kg/666.7m2之间,追肥量不应低于总量的40%,追期以拔节或拔节、抽穗期为宜。
Effects of different nitrogen application amount and regimes on the grain yield and quality of wheat were studied. The result shows that the nitrogen requirement of quality wheat is greater than ordinary wheat and the effect of nitrogenous fertilizer on wheat grain yield is more remarkable than quality. The wheat nutritious and industrial quality can be greatly improved with N application. The suitable N amount applied to quality varieties ranges from 15 to 20kg/667m2, and 40% of the N application is applied at jointing stage or jointing- heading stage.
