摘要
应用不同浓度的“天达2116”溶液浸泡小麦干种子和露白种子3h,经Hoagland营养液砂培,时种子萌发和幼苗的生长进行了形态理化指标测定。结果表明,各处理幼苗的胚根数、胚芽鞘长、苗高显著增加;干旱胁迫下叶片失水率和相对电导率明显降低;但种子发芽率、主胚根长和脯氨酸含量随浸种方式、干旱胁迫程度不同而异;不同处理中,以水分亏损下0.30%~0.50%浓度的“天达2116”浸种效果较好。
The wheat seeds are soaked in Tianda-2116 solution for 3h, and fostered in the sand bed by Hoagland' s solution. And then, the wheat sprouting and seedling growth are observed. The result shows that the treatment can increase conspicuously the No. of radicle, coleoptile length and seedling height as compared, that the losing water and relative electrical conductivity of leaves attacked by drought stress are decreased significantly, that the effect of the treatments varies on sprouting rate, primary radicle and the content of free proline according to different modes of soaking seed and degrees of drought stress, and that the soaked seeds in Tianda-2116 solution of 0.3%-0.5% consistency under drought stress have a better effect on seedling growth and increasing drought resistance.
