去荚对不同生长习性大豆固氮活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 选用有限型、亚有限型和无限型三种生长习性大豆进行去荚处理,测定固氮酶活性、酰脲和硝态氮含量。结果表明:去荚,有限型和亚有限型大豆固氮酶活性降低,而无限型的则无变化;去荚,使有限型和亚有限型大豆根瘤和幼茎中酰脲含量增加,无限型的变化不大;去荚,硝态氮在有限型大豆幼茎中积累,而亚有限型和无限型的则较对照有所降低。 Three cultivated soybeans differing in their growth habit,i. e. determinate、subdeterminate and indeterminate types were removal the pods, dinitrogen-fixing activity、ureide and NO-3-N concentration were examined. Thee results were presented as follows: pod removal decreased the dinitrogen-fixing activity of determinate and subdeterminate types, in contrast pod removal had little effect on the dinitrogen-fixing activity of indeterminate type; pod removal increased ureide concentration in nodules and young stems of determinate and subdeterminate types, had no change in indeterminate type;pod removal increased NO-3-N concentration in young stem of determinate tpye, but decreased it in subdeterminate and indeterminate types.
