摘要
本文介绍了全自动电脑盖章机基本原理和技术路线,整机系统以微机控制为核心,控制五个步进电机,将票本传送,粘纸、翻页、盖章和压纸五部分溶为一体,用光电自动检测纸的厚度,从而实现了票本自动传送,薄纸准确翻页、盖章的自动化过程。同时,具有页数数码显示,故障报警提示等功能。
In this paper the basie principle and technological process of the all—automatic Lomputer Stamper are introduced. This microcomputer controlled antomuatic stamper consists of five wellorganised actions. Thro five feed—drive motors control Bill—book carrying paging, sticking and tuining, stamping and pressing of paper in prefect harmong. With this stamper, paper thickness is automatically measured by photoelectric means, and the automation of bill—book carring and stamping and paging of thin paper is achieved exaetly. Besides, it is prerided with the function of numeral display of paper and giving an alarm and prempter of errers, etc.
