节瓜产量性状的遗传研究

Genetic study of yield traits on chiehqua

利用 5个节瓜亲本材料进行完全双列杂交 ,对 7个产量相关性状 (单瓜重、瓜长、肉厚、雌性率、早熟性、病毒病抗性、瓜形指数等 )进行了遗传分析。结果表明 :这 7个性状遗传均属加性显性模型 ;早熟性、瓜形指数以加性效应为主 ;雌性率、瓜长、瓜形指数表现不完全显性 ;单瓜重、抗病毒病表现超显性 ;单瓜重、抗病毒病、肉厚的显性基因表现增效 ,早熟性、雌性率、瓜长、瓜形指灵敏的隐性基因表现增效 ;单瓜重与瓜长、肉厚存在显著的正相关 ( 0 .6 95 2、 0 .72 1 0 ) ,瓜长与瓜形指数存在极显著的正相关 ( 0 .8979)

Seven yield traits of five chiehqua parents were analyzed by Hayman' diallel genetic model with Griffing's complete diallel crossing system.Traits were studied on fruit length,per fruit weight,the ratio of female,prematurity,flesh thickness,fruit index,resistance of virus.The results indicated that all of the seven researched traits conformed to 'additivedominant' model.Precocity and fruit index had more important additive,the ratio of female and fruit index expressed incomplete dominant,per fruit weight,the resistance to virus expressed superdominance.The dominant genes of fruit weight,the resistance of virus and fruit thickness expressed all synergism,the recessive of precocity,the ratio of female,fruit length and fruit index expressed synergism.The correlation coefficients between per fruit weight and length or thickness were respectively 0 6952,0 7210.Fruit index was significantly correlated with fruit length( r =0 8979).
