采用含有 1 / 2野牦牛血液的冻精为吉林当地 1 0头黄牛输配。结果 ,受配牛妊娠率为1 0 0 % ,产犊成活率为 1 0 0 % ,杂种后代牛在采食性能、抗寒暑能力及生长速度方面都优于本地黄牛。初步表明利用含 1 / 2野牦牛血液的冻精改良本地黄牛有较强的种间杂种优势 ,可为生产利用。

Yellow cattle Freezing semen with 1/2 blood of wild Yak was used to inseminate 10 local yellow cattle cow. The results showed that gestation rate and live calf rate were both 100%, crossbred calves had better feed intake ability, heat resistance and growth rate than local yellow calf, which showed that freezing semen with 1/2 blood of wild Yak had obvious hybrid vigor in improving local yellow cattle and could be applied in practice.
