摘要
本文提供了机床夹具一面两销定位的概率设计法,给出了计算示例,并进行了计算机模拟。结果表明,当夹具按概率理论设计时,可以降低夹具的精度要求或提高加工精度。
This paper offers the probabilistic design for the jig of machine tools locating with one plane and two pins and presents calculating examples and makes computerized simulation. It is shown that when the jig is designed on probabilistic theory,the requirement of accuracy for the jig can be reduced or accuracy of machining can be raised.
