明清时期的茶叶生产形态探析

ANALYSIS OF TEA PRODUCTION FORM DURING MING AND QING

本文对明清时期的茶叶生产形态进行了比较深入的探究，对私人茶园、寺院茶园、国有茶园等不同类型的茶叶生产状况做了具体论述，并探讨不同类型的茶叶生产在茶业经济中的地位和作用以及与市场的联系，在此基础上考察茶叶生产形态和茶业经济发展之间的关系。文章认为，从本质上看，明清时期茶叶生产的主要力量是个体小农，他们是茶叶生产的主要承担者。个体小农的茶叶生产为我国茶业经济的大发展做出过巨大贡献，近代我国茶业衰落与茶叶生产形态尤其是个体小农的生产方式并没有本质、必然的联系，而是没有及时改造传统茶业。文章最后联系我国当今茶业的实际情况，提出了对改造传统茶业、实现茶业现代化问题的思考。

This article studied to certain depth the tea production forms in Ming and Qing dynasty. It elaborated on different tea production forms such as private tea plant, temple tea plant, state-owned tea plant and etc. It also studied the position and function of different tea production forms in tea economics and their relationship with market. With that be the base, this article studied the relationship between tea production forms and tea economic development. It is pointed out in this article that tea production of individual small farmers had contributed a lot to the great tea economic development in our country. There was no essential relationship between the decline of tea economy in modern China and tea production forms, especially with production form of the individual small farmers. That was because traditional tea production had not been innovated in time. At last, taking into consideration the current situation of the tea industry in our country, this article gave out the idea on the innovation of traditional tea industry and tea modernization.
