摘要
以钼系化合物为主催化剂,有机铝为助催化剂,烯丙基溴为分子量调节剂,加氢汽油为溶剂,在30 L连续聚合装置上进行了 1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶合成试验。首釜聚台温度 60—80℃,2<sup>#</sup>、3<sup>#</sup> 釜聚合温度70—80℃。胶液用热水凝聚,湿胶经螺杆挤压机脱水干燥。所得产品性能为:[η]=2.08—2.77dL/g,ML<sub>1+4</sub>100℃=57—69,分子量分散指数1.3—2.2,1,2-链节含量为 81.4—90%。聚合经 1 500 h连续运转,无挂胶和凝胶。同时对产品的充油及其与 BR、NR共混进行了试验。
By using molybdenum compounds as catalyst, organic aluminum compounds as cocatalyst, allyl bromide as additive, hydrogenated gasoline as solvent, the enlarged test of butadiene polymerization into 1,2-polybuta-diene rubber is carried out on a continuous pilot plant which is consisted of four 30L reactors. The temperature in the first reactor is 60-80℃ and those in the second and third reactors are 70-80℃. The polymer is coagulated by hot water, and the rubber obtained is dewatered and dried by using a screw extruder. The properties of 1,2-polybutadiene rubber are as follows:[η]= 2.08-2.77 dL/g,ML1+4100℃ = 57-69,Mw/Mn= 1.3-2.2, 1,2-unit content = 81.4-90%.The test run has been carried out continuously for 1 500 hours,without any gel formation. The 1,2-polybutadiene rubber obtained has also been extended with oil, and blended with BR or NR.
