单片机在压力测量中的应用

摘要 本文论述的压力测试仪,可直接显示被测压力。它以单片机为核心,全部采用CMOSIC,硬件简单,功耗低,可靠性高。它同钢弦式传感器配套使用,采用测周期法对传感器输出的频率信号进行测量,速度快、误差小。采用一种新颖的方法处理传感器初频漂移问题。此外,因为数据处理以二进制浮点数进行,故对以十进制浮点数表示的传感器常数到二进制浮点数之间的转换进行了论述。实践表明,具有高性能价格比的单片机是开发智能仪表的理想器件。 The pressure testing meter described in this paper can display the measured pressure. Being composed of a single-chip microcomputer as a core controller and CMOS IC, it has features of simple hardware,low power consumption and high reliability. In order to raise testing speed and decrease testing error, the cycle measurement method is used to measure the output frequency signal of the sensor. A new method is adopted to process original frequency shift of sensor. Besides, because data processing is carried out with binary floating point numbers, this paper also describes conversion of sensor constants indicated by decimal floating point to binary floating point numbers. Experiences show that the single-chip microcomputers which have a high ratio of performance to price are the ideal devices for developing intelligent meters
