摘要
以自制的非离子型表面活性剂为稳定剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,研究了苯乙烯、丙烯腈在聚醚多元醇(官能团数为3,M_n=5×10~3)中的分散聚合规律,得到最大分散聚合速度表达式为R_(max)=KC_IC_MC_E^(-1.5)。在本工艺条件下,基本克服了聚合过程中的粘壁、结块现象。其产品与同类型产品相比,具有粘度低、流动性和贮存稳定性好等特点。
The dispersion polymerization of styrene and acrylonitrile in polyether polyol(f = 3,Mn= 5 000)is studied by using a specially synthesized non-ionic surfactant as stabilizer and AIBN as initiator. An equation for the maximum dispersion polymerization rate is established as follows:Rmax=KCI CM CE-1.5.Under the process conditions, the problems of reactor wall foiling and polymer agglomeration are basically solved, and the polymer obtained possesses low viscosity, high flowability and good shelf stability as compared with those of similar products.
