CDC与UV灯光源人房蚊虫诱捕效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :比较CDC和UV灯光源对人房蚊虫的捕捉效果。方法 :捕蚊工具为CDC和UV诱蚊灯 ,分别置于人房寝室和客厅通宵诱捕。结果 :2灯共捕获 2亚科 5属 9亚属 2 0种蚊虫 ,经数据处理分析发现 ,无论是CDC还是UV灯寝室与客厅捕蚊效果差异无显著性 ;但 2灯捕获按蚊总数显著高于其他蚊属 ,UV灯捕蚊效果较CDC灯好 ;2灯捕蚊效果与当地雨量存在相关关系 ,但差异无显著性。结论 :CDC和UV诱蚊灯人房捕蚊效果较好 ,建议采用两类诱蚊灯捕蚊 ,这是云南省蚊媒种群密度调查或捕蚊的有效途径之一。 Objective:To investigate the effects of mosquitoes collected in human rooms with CDC and UV lamp-traps. Methods: Mosquitoes collected with CDC and UV lamp-traps in the bed rooms and sitting rooms during nights. Results: The mosquitoes collected were 2 subfamilies, 5 genus, 9 subgenus and 20 species;the quantities of anopheles were more than those of the other genus for both lamp-traps; the efficiency of mosquito collected with UV lamp-trap was better than that with CDC. Conclusion: The efficiencies of collecting mosquitoes are very useful for CDC and UV lamp-traps, It is showed that either CDC lamp-trap or UV would be one efficient way to monitor the population densities of mosquitoes and collecting mosquitoes in Yunnan province.
