丙烯酸丁酯与SBS接枝共聚物的研究 被引量:10

摘要 研究了以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂的丙烯酸丁酯(BA)与 SBS嵌段共聚物的接枝共聚反应,合成了主链为 SBS、支链为PBA的接枝共聚物SBS-g-BA。用红外光谱分析了该共聚物的结构,探讨了反应机理。结果表明,SBS嵌段共聚物中,聚丁二烯的 1,2-、顺式 1,4-构型比反式 1,4-构型更容易发生接枝共聚反应。通过制膜发现,接枝共聚物与共混物的物理性能有很大的差异。 The graft copolymerization of butyl acrylate ( BA )onto styrene-buta-diene-styrene block copolymers ( SBS ) was studied by using benzoyl peroxide as initiator. A graft copolymer with SBS as main chains and PBA as branches was synthesized. The mechanism of graft copolymerization of PBA onto SBS was investigated and the structure of the graft copolymers was determined by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the 1, 2-and cis-1, 4-polybutadiene segments in SBS were more easily to be grafted than the trans-1,4-polybutadiene segments. It was observed through film manufacturing that the physical properties of the graft copolymer were greatly different from those of PBA/SBS blends.
