摘要
1997~ 1998年 ,对“八五”期间收集的芝麻种质资源初鉴获得的高抗茎点枯病和高抗枯萎病种质共85份及 4个育种单位提供的 8个新品系 ,在芝麻主产区三个生态试验点 (病圃 )进行了鉴定评价 ,均与当地优良品种进行比较 ,评价出抗性稳定、相对病情指数 <15 %的抗茎点枯病种质 34份、抗枯萎病种质 38份 ,其中兼抗两种病害的 2 7份 ,并明确了不同基因型抗源在不同生态系统中的抗性表现及利用价值 ,对抗、感品种酯酶同工酶分析表明 ,在A区检测出感病品种的相似性和抗。
Resistance to charcoal rot ( Macrophomina phaseolina ) and fusarium wilt (F. oxysporium ) of 8 new sesame lines and 85 accessions primarily selected during Eighth-Five years-Plan were evaluated in three ecological experimental sites of main sesame producing provinces. Local varieties widely planted in sesame production were used as control. 34 accessions resistant to charcoal rot with relative disease index<15%, 38 accessions resistant to fusarium wilt and 27 accessions resistant to both diseases were selected. Resistance and application potential of disease resistant sesame germplasm were elucidated. Isoenzyme analysis results showed that there were bands similarity and differences between disease resistant and susceptible accessions in zone A.
