关于我国实行开放型教师培养体制的探讨——兼谈高师院校发展的应对策略

On the Practice of Open Model Teachers Training System in Our Country——Also On the Developing Strategy for the Teachers Universities and Colleges

基础教育的发展、教师职业市场的建立以及高师教育结构的调整,是我国教师培养体制由定向型转向开放型的基本动因。根据我国当前社会、经济和教育发展实际,实行开放型教师培养体制,必须慎重选择开放的模式,把握开放的程度和方式,建立开放的运行机制。高师院校在开放型教师培养体制改革中,应当采取相应的发展策略,强化综合培养能力,才能更好地造就适应21世纪需要的师资和人才。

The development of the fundamental education,the founding of the teachers' professional market and the ad- justment of teachers' universities and colleges educational structure are the basic transforming motives of our country's teachers training system changing from fix model to open model.According to our country's present social,economic and ed- ucational developing situation,we should carefully adopt the open model,balance the open degree and build up the running mechanism in the practice of open model teachers training system.In the reformation of the open model teachers training system,the teachers' universities and colleges should adopt a corresponding developing strategy,strengthen the comprehen- sive ability training to bring up the teachers' and qualified personnal fitting in with the need of the 21st century.
