解休谟问题

On the"Xiu Mo" Matter

从“是”能否推出“应当”的休谟问题,经一些西方哲学家的论证,变成价值判断决不能从事实判断中推导出来的休谟法则。对此也有西方和我国的研究者不予赞同。可他们的立论大都经不起仔细推敲。依我之见,休谟问题乃是一个虚假的问题,因为“应当”不是由于有“是”,而是由于有“可以”才被提出的。

Based on the proofs from some western philosophers, whether a'should be' can be inferred from a'be', has become a law deprived from the inference towards the judgement on the facts. However, some philosophers from the west as well as from our country don't agree with it, whereas they can' t provide convincing proofs. In my opinion, 'Xiu mo' matter is a hypothetical matter, for 'should be' can t be inferred from a'be', but from a'maybe'.
