Enhancing the Initiative and the Objective is Essential towards the Political Thoughts Construction

我省基层思想政治工作得到明显改进和加强,积累了丰富的经验,但仍存在一些问题,如少数干部群众理想信念不坚定,政治意识淡薄,民主意识增强与依法办事意识薄弱形成较大反差,思想政治工作创新不够等。解决这些问题,就要认真学习“三个代表”重要思想,不断提高各级干部对新形势下做好思想政治工作重要性的认识,增强工作的主动性、针对性;要把关注人的需要,尊重人、关心人、理解人贯穿于整个工作中;要结合新的实践,不断丰富工作内容和手段,增强吸引力。

The basic Political thoughts construction in our province has achieved great improvement, and also has accumulated a lot of experience, but there still exist some problems, such as the weak ideal belief, the light political consciousness, the distance between democracy and the legal system, and the lack of political creation, etc. In order to solve the problems mentioned above, we have to make good study on the 'three representatives' conception, combine our theory with practice, enrich our contents and methods, and to strengthen our attraction to the public.
