摘要
供试的绿僵菌和白僵菌菌种在室内对马尾松毛虫 2~ 3龄幼虫的毒力相当 .在 2 5℃条件下 ,绿僵菌的n (LC50 ) =1.0 6× 10 7L-1,t(LT50 ) =7.95~ 12 .0 4d (n(spore) =1.0× 10 11~ 1.0× 10 7L-1) ;白僵菌的n(LC50 ) =1.37× 10 6L-1,t (LT50 ) =7.48~ 11.2 7d (n(spore) =1.0× 10 11~ 1.0× 10 7L-1) .试验显示 :与白僵菌相比 ,绿僵菌具有较强的耐高温和耐旱特性 .在高温、低湿的条件下绿僵菌的杀虫效果优于白僵菌 .林间防治试验也表明 ,绿僵菌防治第 1代马尾松毛虫的效果显著优于白僵菌 ,显示出较好的应用前景 .表 8参
Metarhizium anisopliae and Beauveria bassiana were used to control Dendrolimus punctatus in laboratory.The data was showed that there was small difference in toxicity to 2nd~3rd instar larvae of D. punctatus between M. anisopliae and B. bassiana at 25 ℃ in the laboratory.The n (LC 50 ) of M. anisopliae was 1.06×10 7 L -1 and the t (LT 50 ) was 7.95~ 12.04 d ( n (spore) = 1.0×10 11 ~ 1.0×10 7 L -1 ).The n (LC 50 ) of B. bassiana was 1.37×10 6 L -1 and the t (LT 50 ) was 7.48 ~ 11.27 d ( n (spore) = 1.0×10 11 ~ 1.0×10 7 L -1 ).The strain of M. anisopliae was more tolerant to high temperature and drought than B. bassiana .At high temperature or low humidit y,the pathogenicity of M. anisopliae on D. punctatus was superior to that by B. bassiana .The test indicated that M. anisopliae was greatly superior in controlling first generation of D. punctatus to B. bassiana ,and had greater value in controlling D. punctatus probably.
