中国七纺蛛属一新种及其变异型(蜘蛛目:节板蛛科)

A NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS HEPTATHELA AND ITS VARIANT TYPE FROM CHINA (ARANEAE: LIPHISTIIDAE)

记叙采自湖南省衡阳县嵝峰的七纺蛛属一新种 ,嵝七纺蛛Heptathelagoulouensissp .nov .及其变异型———雌蛛纳精器官的孪生现象。

This paper deals with a new species and its variant type of the genus Heptathela from China. The type specimens are deposited in the Department of Zoology, College of Life Science, Hunan Normal University. All Measurements are in mm.Heptathela goulouensis sp. nov. (Figs. 1-6) Holotype ♀, paratype 1 ♀, Mt. Goulou(alt.1*!500*!m.)Hengyan County ( 26°09′N, (112°04′E) , Hunan Province, 1 Aug. 1997, by PENG Xian-Jin. Female.Total length 13.10. Cephalothorax length 5.10, width 4.00; abdomen length 6.50 , width 4.50, height 5.30. Leg formula: 4,1,3,2. Male: unknown. This new species is similar to Heptathela schensiensis (Schenkel, 1953)(Song & Haupt, 1984:447,f.3-6), but it can be distinguished from the latter by following aspects : 1) each receptacula with a long slightly curved tube-like stalk, but that of the latter shorter and the stalks of 2 lateral receptacula are indistinct; 2) the atrial area without a pair of triangular zones. The variant type of this new species ( Figs. 7-9). Female. Total length 13.50. Cephalothorax length 5.50, width 4.50; abdomen length 6.50 , width 4.00, height 5.80. Leg formula: 4,1,3,2. All the coloration, eyes relative size and arrangement,the tarsal claws of palpus and leg, and the spinnerets are the same as in the holotype, except only one small tooth on the inner margin of basal segment of the chelicera less than the holotype. 2 sets of receptacula organs in the female genitalia may be considered the specific character of the variant type. And this didymous phenomenon may be the new discovery in Heptathela.
