摘要 研究首次将 Eggers胃含物法应用于钻井噪声与振动污染对草鱼影响特征的现场模拟实验中。结果主要阐明 :( 1 )钻井噪声与振动的污染特征 ,定量描述了污染源距离与钻井噪声或振动等效声级之间的关系 ;( 2 )草鱼排空率实验中 ,消化道内含物随时间的变化趋势为 St=4 .997e- 0 .3 2 0 2 t,瞬时排空率为 Rt=0 .32 0 2 g W· W/ ( kg· h)。 ( 3)钻井噪声与振动污染对草鱼最大摄食量、生长和生长转换效率均有显著影响 ,但影响程度却有所差别。 ( 4 )草鱼摄食、生长均随钻井噪声与振动强度增大呈减小趋势 ;其中摄食量较为敏感 。 The Eggers stomach content method was applied in a simulating experiment in situ to study the effect of drilling noise and vibration pollution on Ctenopharyngodon idellus.The relationship of distance with drilling noise and vibration intensity was analyzed. The change of food weight in digestive tract with time could be described as S t=4.997e -0.3202 t , and instantaneous gastric evacuation rate calculated by the formula was R t = 0.3202gw.w./(kg·h). Noise and vibration pollution presented significant effects on food consumption, growth and growth conversion efficiency. Both food consumption and growth tend to decrease with the increase of drilling noise and vibration intensity, with the former ption being more sensitive and the effect on the later being higher.
