摘要
考察了聚苯乙烯大单体(PSt)与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)及甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)三元共聚时单体的比例对接枝效率及力学性能的影响。结果表明,接枝效率随 PSt比例的增加而减小,随 MMA比例的增加而略有下降的趋势;共聚物的拉伸强度和硬度随 MMA或PSt用量的增加而增加,伸长率则下降。随PSt分子量的减小,拉伸强度亦下降。纯化产物经电子显微镜观察,有微观相分离存在。
The effect of the proportions of polystyrene macromer ( PSt ) ,butyl acrylate ( BA ) and methyl methacrylate ( MMA ) on graft efficiency during terpolymerization and the mechanical properties of the terpolymer were investigated. The results showed that the graft efficiency decreased with the increase of PSt proportion and it decreased slightly with the increase of MMA proportion. The tensile strength and hardness of the terpolymer increased, while the elongation decreased with the increase of PSt or MMA. The tensile strength decreased with the decrease of PSt molecular weight . The purified terpolymers were characterized with IR and pyrolytic chromatography .Their morphology was observed by transmission electron microscopy.
