摘要
开发了变极性 TIG焊电源的微机控制系统 ,通过调节输出电流的正负半波时间、幅值获得不对称方波。同时对硬件电路原理和软件模块化结构的设计进行了分析和讨论。试验结果表明 :系统设计合理 ,输出电流的波形可控 。
The controlling system of the variable polarity power source for TIG welding by microprocessor-80C552 is developed with flexible setting time and scope of the DCEP and DCEN. The structure of main circuit of the power controlling system, the basic working principle of the microprocessor hardware system and the design of software are described. Test results show that the controlling system works well to control the waveform current output and meets the need of TIG welding for aluminum-alloy.
