喷涂型聚氨酯弹性体的合成

摘要 通过聚ε-己内酯合成、色浆轧制及脱水、甲组分制备和胶液配制等工艺过程制得了用于制作超轻型燃油容器的喷涂型聚氨酯弹性体。讨论了聚ε-己内酯官能度等因素的影响,认为聚ε-己内酯应具有较高的官能度;MOCA用量系数以0.90—0.95为宜;硫化条件为100℃×4h。 The polyurethane elastomer for manufacturing super-light fuel vessel by spray-coating technique was produced through the synthesis of poly ε-caprolactone, the grinding and de-watering of pigment slurry, the preparation of component A and compounded latex.The effects of the functionality of poly f-caprolactone and other factors on the properties of the elastomer were discussed. It was found that the functionality of poly ε-caprolactone and the usage coefficient of MOCA were both important factors which influenced the technology for the spray-coating and the quality of the fuel vessel.
