血管内皮生长因子 (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)家族是一类多功能的细胞因子 ,在血管生成和淋巴管生成中具有直接和间接的调控作用 ,可促进内皮细胞增殖、促进血管生成以及增加血管的通透性。对于缺血性疾病 ,VEGF可促进侧枝循环 ,从而改善缺血 ;对于肿瘤相关抗 VEGF的治疗。

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)kindred is a kind of multifunctional cytokines.It has direct or indirect regulative function in vascularization,It can facilitate proliferation of endothelial cell ,accelerat vascularization and increase vasucular permeability. In ischemic disease ,VEGF can ameliorate ischemia by promotiong lateral branch circulation .With regard to neoplasm,it is believed that the treatment of resist neoplasm with anti-VEGF should improve the diagnostic and therapeutical level of neoplasm ultimately.
