摘要
医学影像中的CT和MRI图像的精确匹配融合能为临床提供全面、丰富的诊断信息。文中首先对CT图像正常脑组织边缘做距离变换 ,形成距离图像 ,然后利用MRI图像正常脑组织边缘作为模板 ,实现了CT和MRI图像的精确匹配。在此基础上完成了CT和MRI的信息融合。文中算法适用于CT和MRI的匹配 ,并对SPECT ,PET 。
Clinical diagnosis is often supported by the accurate registration and fusion of CT and MRI images.In this paper,a distance transformation (DT) is applied to the verge of the natural brain tissue in the CT image firstly.Then the registration is accomplished by using the verges of the natural brain tissue in MRI-T 1 and MRI-T 2 images as polygons.As a result,the fusion of the complementary information in the CT and MRI is achieved.The algorithm used in this paper is applicable to the registration of CT and MRI images.At the same time,it can be a reference for the matching of other medical images such as SPECT,PET and DSA.
