Application of an Artificial Neural Network to an Enterprise Early-Warning Management System

企业预警管理系统是现代管理的一种新的模式 ,它通过建立监测指标 ,对企业外部环境变化和企业管理活动进行评价 ,在判断企业管理所处的状态之后 ,采取相应的预先控制对策 ,使企业管理活动始终处于“安全、有效”的管理模式 ;在企业预警管理系统中 ,以往采用的监测指标处理模型具有缺乏自我学习、精度不高和效率不高的缺陷。面对预警指标的处理难点 ,探讨了利用人工神经网络模型来进行对预警指标的评判与处理 ,通过举例说明人工神经网络模型在企业组织预警管理指标的应用过程 ,收到很好的效果 。

An enterprise early warning management system is a new mode of modern management theory. This management mode evaluates the exterior environment's change and management activities in enterprises through setting up monitoring indexes. After these indexes are analyzed, early controlling measures are taken to guarantee the management in a secure and effective condition. In this enterprise early warning management system, an artificial neural network (ANN) model is utilized to evaluate these early warning indexes. Evaluated results prove that this model is effective through an example.
