摘要
对产生式汽车零部件失效分析专家系统进行了探索和研究 ,指出其知识库的建造实际上是产生式系统与框架系统相结合 ,将故障树中的信息按照故障树的结构综合和编入计算机的过程 ,而推理机的编制实际上是将故障树转化为推理树 ,进而进行树的搜索和匹配的过程。由此突出了故障树分析法在建造大型复杂的失效分析专家系统中的重要作用。
An expert system for automobile component failure analysis is researched and analyzed. Fault Tree Analysis is applied to build an expert system for failure analysis. It is pointed out that to build the Knowledge Base is the course of combining the production system and the frame system, and putting the data of fault trees into computers. The design of the reasoning machine is the course of transforming a fault tree into a reasoning tree. The role of Fault Tree Analysis in building an expert system for failure analysis is analyzed.
