摘要 分析了光纤拉曼放大器 (FRA)双瑞利散射 (DRS)噪声特性 ;给出了信号和噪声在拉曼光纤中的传输模型 ;基于噪声功率分析 ,得到了信号瑞利散射噪声功率之比和功率代价的表达式 .信号的DRS和原信号一起到达接收机 ,导致交调 ,使接收机的灵敏度降低 . The effects of double Rayleigh scattering noise in fiber Raman amplifiers are theoretically analyzed. The propagating models of optical signal to noise ratio (OSNR) in Raman fiber are introduced. Based on analyzing the noise power, the expressions of the OSNR and penalty arising from double Rayleigh scattering noise are presented. The Rayleigh scattering of spontaneous Raman emission degrades the OSNR. The double Rayleigh backscattering of the signal causes multi path interference (MPI) and receiver penalties, and limits the maximum improvement in effective receiver sensitivity.
