摘要
针对柴油机气门导管的漏油和磨损问题 ,提出了一种气门导管仅加工密封槽但不安装密封圈的新型密封结构 .从理论上对该新型密封结构的作用机理进行了分析 ,并通过部件和整机试验 ,证明此新型密封结构既能减少进入进、排气道的机油量 。
Aiming at oil leakage and abrasion of valve guide bush in the diesel engine, the valve guide bush with new style sealing structure is developed, on which only sealing groove is machined and seal ring does not need to be installed. Theoretical analysis on the action mechanism of this structure is carried out. Experiments on components and the whole machine prove that the new type sealing structure can not only reduce the amount of the lubricating oil that flows into the inlet and exhaust pipe, but also lighten the abrasions of valve lever and valve guide bush. So this structure can be widely used in practical applications.
