白腐菌降解偶氮金属络合染料的研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对白腐菌的特性和独特的降解机理 ,用Coriolusversicolor和Panusconchatus两种典型白腐菌降解金属络合染料 .结果表明 ,白腐菌对这类染料有明显的脱色作用 ,经驯化的白腐菌对染料废液处理 72h脱色率可达 90 %以上 .测定了在特定条件下两种白腐菌产锰过氧化物酶 (Mnp)和漆酶 (Laccase)的活性 ,讨论了染料的脱色与酶活及菌丝产量高低的相关性 。 A research is conducted for the biodegradation of metal complex dyes(MCD) by white rot fungi(WRF). The results show that WRF has a good effect on degradating the MCD. About 90?% color from the MCD solution can be removed by Panus conchatus . The activities of Mnp and Laccase are determined in the specific condition as well as the concentration of Cr from the MCD. The principle of decolorization of MCD by WRF includes the physical absorption and degradation reaction by enzymes. WRF are suitable for the biodegradation of MCD and non biodegradation organic poison.
