A method of urea fractionation was used to enrich polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA). The results show when mixed fatty acids: urea: methanol = 1∶3∶7.88, the optimum enriching effect was obtained. The content of linoleic and γ-linol enic acids can raise from 9.88% to 44.79%, of which, the content of γ-linolenic acids from 2.03% to 19.79%, enriching about 10 times.
